Focused work and an agreement on pressure
Deep tissue massage in Makarska differs from relaxing massage through more focused work and firmer pressure. When choosing it, it is useful to describe where you feel tension and whether you want attention focused on one area. The conversation before the session determines its scope; the name deep tissue massage does not mean that pressure must be at its maximum or the same on every part of the body.
Choose between a shorter and a longer appointment according to the time you have and the agreed treatment area. During the massage, say whether the intensity suits you rather than assuming discomfort is a necessary part of the treatment. If you prefer a slower pace and a gentler touch, also look at relaxing massage. FORCA can explain the difference before confirming your booking.
Preparation and booking
Before your visit, consider what you expect from your chosen treatment and which area you would like to focus on. Describe your preferences during the conversation and ask what the treatment will involve. Wear comfortable clothing and check whether your chosen technique requires any additional preparation. During the treatment, feel free to say if you feel discomfort or need a change of position or a short break. For massage, you can also agree on the intensity of pressure. Your feedback helps adapt the experience to your comfort.
You can request an appointment by phone, email or WhatsApp. Include the treatment name, preferred date, approximate time and your name in the message. If your travel plans leave you with limited time, mention this when arranging your appointment. A booking is valid once FORCA confirms appointment availability.
